When the black screen with cursor only show, please waits for some time then

•  press Alt+Ctrl+Dell to open task manager.

 

• Then click on Task manager

• File – Run new task – Type Regedit

 

• Then Double click on HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE

• Double click on SOFTWARE
• Double click on Microsoft
• Then Double click on Windows NT
• Then Double click on CurrentVersion
• Double click on Winlogon

 

• On the right side panel Double click on shell

• Rename the value data as explorer.exe
• Press OK

• Close the registry editor
• Again press Alt+Ctrl+Dell
• On the right side of the screen select power option then restart
