Enable All the Disabled user accounts by Registry Editor

 

Enable All the Disabled user accounts including Administrator by Registry Editor 

without losing data or formatting your system.

                                                                                        

1. On the sign screen press the power icon on the right side bottom of the computer,

2. Left click on it. Hold down the left shift key on the keyboard and press the restart button,

3. Select troubleshoot  reset your PC use advanced options,

4. Select Advanced options,

5. Select Command Prompt,

6. Now select the user account,

7. Enter the password if any and hit enter,

8. Now the command prompt will open,

9. Type reg-edit,

    

   
   
   

10. Then select H KEY_LOCAL_MACHINE,

11. Select File tab - Load Hive,

12. Select This PC on the left side of the panel,

13. Select the drive where the operating system installed,

14. Select windows  –  system32 – config – SAM,

    
    
     

15. Double click on SAM- Enter any new name (User) for the key - OK,

16. open H KEY_LOCAL_MACHINE –  select the key name (User) – SAM – Domains –

     Accounts – Users – select  00001F4,

17. On the right side panel select F. double click on it,  select 00000038,

18. Change the first value from 11 to 10  – OK,

19. Now restart the system and login again,

    
    
     
20. after restart open Computer  Management – Local Users and Groups – Users  – 

select any user – right click on it – properties –  uncheck Account is disabled.
